One of the problems heard among the Outdoor Advertising suppliers is that the newbies in the media agencies are inexperienced and lack training in handling simple business situations. For example, one supplier got call from a media agency person asking him to sign a quitclaim that there were no more amounts due to the supplier when in fact the bill has been sitting on the desk of the media planner for a long time.
