Billboard Issue Of The Year

A hands down winner, the billboard issue for this year, 2011, is not MMDA's plan to remove EDSA billboards. Nor is it the cool execution done by Coca-Cola in collaboration with the World Wildlife Fund. The undisputed talk of the town when it came to billboards our out-of-home media was definitely the Philippine Volcanoes' sexy billboards.

Removed in haste after receiving much flak from two mayors and an over-reacting public, the billboards were removed in July of this year much to the disappointment of ladies and other adulating individuals.

July 2011 will surely be remembered not just for Typhoon Juaning but also for the short period when it was "RAINING MEN!" on Guadalupe.
