This is the battle cry of newly-installed general manager of OMD Philippines, Carla Cifra.
She continues,

Since joining OMD in 2006 as a senior media planner, Carla Cifra has steadily climbed the corporate ladder in heels: 2008 saw Carla Cifra promoted to Business Manager, and in July 2011, she was named as the Client Services Director.
